This month, Give Courage.

November is Woman Abuse Prevention Month.

Every year, we launch our Courage Campaign during this month to raise awareness for My Friend’s House and our work to eliminate violence against women. Gender-based violence is on the rise in our community – and we need your support now more than ever.

Help us continue to provide vital programs and services for women and children fleeing violence in South Georgian Bay. Please give today.

YOUR GIFT MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN TO ESCAPE VIOLENCE.

HOW YOUR SUPPORT HELPS

Demand for our crisis shelter services is intensifying because Georgian Triangle’s population has increased significantly since we opened our doors in 1991. As our community is growing, so is the need for supports for women and their children fleeing abusive situations.  Our shelter operations are 50% dependent on our dollars fundraised each year.
